A globally recognized expert in leadership and collaboration, Dr. Gardner is a Distinguished Fellow at Harvard Law School and a former professor at Harvard Business School. Dr Ariel Kalil

Developmental Psychologist & Daniel Levin Professor, University of Chicago

A leading developmental psychologist, Dr. Kalil is the Daniel Levin Professor at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, where she directs the Center for Human Potential and Public Policy and co-leads the Behavioral Insights Parenting Lab. Her research bridges behavioral economics, neuroscience, and public policy to design and test innovative, technology-based interventions that strengthen parenting and child development in low-income families. With visiting appointments in Norway and Australia, her global research footprint continues to shape how societies invest in the next generation.

An internationally respected expert on leadership, change, and global business education, Professor Maury Peiperl is Professor of Management at George Mason University’s Costello College of Business, where he previously served as Dean. Dr Alpaslan Özerdem

Dean & Professor, Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution

Dean of the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University and Professor of Peace and Conflict Studies, Dr. Özerdem brings over 25 years of field research experience in post-conflict settings across more than a dozen countries. A prolific scholar, he has authored or edited 16 books on peacebuilding, disarmament, leadership, and recovery. His advisory work with the UN and global NGOs makes him a vital voice in shaping practical strategies for conflict resolution worldwide.
